Co-host Ben Pomeroy woke up one morning five months ago with burning pain up his left shoulder. He surfed through it but the pain remained, and soon learned he had herniated a disk. Massage and exercise therapist Gaston Robert Olsen discusses common surf injuries, courses of treatment and the role of simple stretching before and after the water.
