Work from home or an office?

Covid 19 really pressed this question for a lot of folks. We have the luxury to do both. We work with the Insurance World. We don't ship product around the world so it would be relatively easy to operate everything remotely. There are pros and cons to both. Do you have an experience with working from home during this pandemic?
