Education verses Improvement

There is a battle today about Education. How much should we spend? How much improvement are we getting out of it? How much should we spend on bonds? As insurance Agents we have continuing education regularly and not everyone pushes for improvement. Let’s talk about Education versus improvement on today’s Suzilla.
