Illinois Expands PFAS Ban, Targets Common Consumer Products in New Law

Beginning January 1, 2026, Illinois will prohibit the sale of cookware, cosmetics, and more with intentionally added PFAS, under expanded amendments to the PFAS Reduction Act.
