Starve your distractions. Feed your focus.

Here is the third in my series on focus. We've worked through building our focus muscle with techniques on staying in the present and determining what is actually keeping us from getting to the work. We then went through three strategies to get your focus and get you to the page and this week I share my three strategies for maintaining our focus once we get started.
