Tomorrow is my birthday! And it's a big one! For this episode I take you down memory lane from my first big dream as a 10 year old up to today in less than 20 minutes and share my big lessons from each decade of my life. This timeline process is the first step in moving forward in our lives. We can not move forward until we reflect on how we got to where we are. I model this within the episode.
