Surf's up, wave riders! Get ready for an epic weekend of maritime mayhem across Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Today's looking pretty sweet with moderate rip current risks and waves hovering around 4 feet. Expect partly sunny skies with scattered showers dancing across the coastline. East winds will be gentle, cruising between 5 to 10 miles per hour - perfect for catching some smooth rides.

But hold onto your surfboards, because Sunday is bringing the serious swells! We're looking at a high rip current risk with waves climbing to around 6 feet. The wind will kick it up a notch, pushing east at about 10 to 15 miles per hour. Most regions will see mostly sunny conditions with those classic Caribbean scattered showers.

The northern and northeastern beaches like Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo are going to see some seriously epic conditions. San Juan, Carolina, and surrounding areas will also experience massive wave action that's gonna challenge even the most experienced surfers.

Culebra and St. Thomas are forecasting some wild maritime conditions with winds potentially hitting 20 miles per hour and waves reaching an impressive 6 feet. Tropical paradise? More like tropical power session!

Pro tip: Always respect the ocean, check local conditions, and never surf alone. These waters demand respect, so stay alert and stay safe.

Catch you on the waves, beach warriors!
