Let's face it: These are scary, uncertain and potentially highly stressful times. News about the Coronavirus COVID-19 fills our timelines and our TV screens, and we're all having to make major adjustments to our lives and routines, which have basically been turned upside down.

Though we know we will get through this (and I believe we will!), we have to acknowledge that this is a trauma none of us has ever experienced before -- and as women, especially, we need space to talk some of this stuff through.

So I recently hosted our first of many "Wine Down" sessions for Support is Sexy -- where we grab a glass of wine (or tea) and have a conversation online with a woman expert in different categories about what's going on in our lives. And right now, what most of us are thinking about (and likely stressing about) is the Coronavirus. We had a beautiful conversation with Licensed Mental Health Counselor Robin D. Stone, who helped us talk through how to manage stress and anxiety during these times; how to breathe through it all; and how to do what we need to do to feel good. Women on the call were also able to ask THEIR questions. It was exactly what was wanted and needed in this moment.
