Carolynn Johnson, CEO of DiversityInc, is committed to educating companies on the advantages of diversity and inclusion. Since taking the helm in May of 2018, she has been ensuring that the needs of all groups, such as women of color, are having not only a seat at the table and a voice in the room.

   DiversityInc is an online media outlet that publishes informative news that usually receives little to no attention in mainstream media. DiversityInc also hosts multiple diversity events annually.  The announcement of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity is the organization’s signature event. Based on survey data provided by each participating company, DiversityInc determines which companies receive the honor of being recognized for its diversity and inclusion practices.
