The First Step in Leadership

Are you a leader?  The answer is absolutely yes.  leadership is all about influence.  If you influence no one but yourself, you're still a leader; and that's a good place to begin a discussion about leadership.

If you look for the definition of leadership in most common dictionaries you be disappointed because they seem to have a hard time coming up with a definition.  They mainly just give examples.  the definition we'll use for leadership is:  Influence.
