We sat down with local (strava) legend Will Mcinnes to talk about the 36 week running program he has nearly smashed out to raise awareness and money for MND.
He has been running every few days for the last 9 months while staying off the drink all this time.
We talked about the challenges he has faced with the recent injury and how some big milestones such as (21k & 42k runs) helped him build some mental resilience which will help him with his 50k run next week.
