It's party time as we celebrate our first anniversary.  As the podcast has now crossed 11,000 downloads, my kids roast me with their favorite goofy stories about their old man.  And yes, as a substitute teacher, I had shared all of these stories in the classroom.  Also, we'll listen to your favorite student clips from the show, and I'll share with you what I think is the most important thing a substitute teacher can do for their students, as well as the phrase that I most enjoy hearing from students when I walk through the school door.  Finally, I'll share a yet unheard audio clip when I called into a music radio show and talked about substitute teaching!
