I also chat through the highlights of attending Postcards from Midlife LIVE, as I was there on the Friday when Sadie Frost, Annee de Mamiel and Lucy Wyndham-Read all did talks mainly around wellbeing and how to cope with life over 40, covering topics of menopause, chinese medicine and exercise with nature.
