Bethany Silva is the lead brazilian jiu jitsu instructor at Warrior Meet Scholar in St. George, UT. She is debuting in her first MMA fight THIS WEEKEND-- March 18th! She is also the only lead co-ed BJJ instructor in southern Utah (FUCK YES!)

We talk all about her training history, how to find a QUALITY martial arts gym, how to know when you've found a good coach + how leaving her old gym and finding warrior meets scholar has transformed her life. Her story is pretty incredible.  Listen up!
