Sara Hayes was a high level high school and collegiate cross country runner. Feeling unsatisfied in her 9-5 she turned her passions for movement and mindfulness into her full time job.
Sara works with any and all humans and helps them center mindfulness and positive habits into their exercise and movement.
We talk about everything from disordered exercise/eating, mindfulness, advocacy with your doctor and even some about postpartum depression (shes a new mom, too!)
