EP33: Overcoming Adversity

Lissa and I connected through instagram and I could tell quickly we were kindred spirits. When I asked for volunteers to tell their life struggles she jumped right on the bus!

You cannot listen to her story and not be inspired. To struggling with panic attacks and weaning off medication, growing up too fast, parenting herself and ultimately helping herself find her way back to safety through all of her struggles.

Currently, Lissa lives in Idaho with her husband and 2 children. She is thriving in her life and continues to embark on self improvement and healing everyday.

I am so honored she gave me so much of her time!
