We've all heard about the importance of being thankful. We hear it in church and we learned about it in school, but what's the big deal? Do I really need to be thankful? It depends. What quality of life do you want? If you desire a high quality of life, then the answer is a resounding yes! If you don't really care about the quality of life, then maybe the answer is no.
The latter choice seems ridiculous to most of us. We all have a limited number of days. I can't think of anyone that doesn't desire to have the best days possible. So, if that is the case, then let's do a dive into the power of gratitude.
Gratitude helps in nearly every facet of life; jobs, marriages, parenting, faith, and even health. Yes, even health. Studies demonstrate time and time again that people that practice a high level of gratitude have happier lives with fewer physical and psychological challenges.
