As a man, who poured into you?  Was it your father, grandfather, coach, etc...?  The answer you give will be greatly reflected in the kind of man you are today.  In this show we speak to special guest, Tony Schroder.  Tony is a man that has recognized the positive value of men that have poured into him as he was growing and now he wants to do the same. 

The idea of pouring into young men is nothing new, but the reality in our society today is that it is rarer and rarer.  This has created as Dr. Warren Farrell puts it, a boy crisis.  The problem with a boy crisis is that it soon becomes a father crisis and ultimately a  crisis in our society.  Men are made to lead and leading well is the goal.  We must lead our families well and we learn to do this from the fathers in our lives.
