Wow! That's a harsh question.  But the truth is that we all fail at certain times in our role as fathers.  Whether we are not available, say the wrong words, do the wrong things, or simply don't even recognize that we are in the wrong.  We all fall short! 

In this episode, Kyle and Hutch get right to the source of how we improve ourselves when it comes to being a father.  Becoming more intentional about how you will operate as a father is critical.  This is not something that you want to do based off your feelings in the moment.  Get a plan!

The second idea is knowing what you have anchored your plan to.  If you are doing things a certain way because it is what all the other dads are doing, you may be really messing up.  If you are jumping on to the latest research, you again may be really messing up.  You want to go to something that is as tested and proven as anything available,  without question, that is God's Word!  Here is where we learn how to operate as a father in a way that is directly in line with God's Nature.
