The simple yet powerful practice of setting your intention AND actively visualizing living from that intention is one of the most important habits you can develop. 

It can change your experience of life or a specific event during your day.

It can help you shift from always being in reactive mode, constantly "putting out fires" to having the opportunity to respond or even create the outcomes you desire.

In this episode, I share with you one of the most powerful practices I have integrated into my (almost) daily life.  You will learn how you can set an intention, then you will be gently guided through visualizing that you are living from that intention.
