You've just landed a new wellness client, and you're ready to get started. But before you dive into their session, how can you make sure that the people you work with are a good fit for your business? Do they end up changing their mind altogether? How do you prevent this in the future? How do you screen your clients before you start working with them?
Welcome to the Rehab to Wellness B.O.S.S Podcast! I'm your host, Kim Nartker, PTA. In this week's episode, I will talk about how vetting a new wellness clients is important in your wellness business, what variables you need to consider in order to pick-out the right one for your business, and how you will improve your screening process to not only make your clients happier and satisfied with your service, but it'll make you more profitable.
She will touch on such topics as:
- Your ability to vet clients will determine whether your business succeeds or fails. You need to be able to quickly identify clients that are likely to be problematic, or who aren't a good fit for your services. You also want to make sure you're not turning away good clients who might benefit from your services.
- The first step to finding your target audience is to figure out who you want to reach and who needs the service you're offering.
- You want to know what they're hoping to achieve by working with you, so that you can tailor your services accordingly and provide the experience and the expertise that your clients are looking for, and make sure the clients are happy with your services every step of the way.
- It's not your job to be everything to everyone. We understand that your business is a reflection of who you are and what your values are. So if you don't feel like a good fit for someone, the best thing you can do is refer them to someone who is an expert on helping them.
- Your mindset is the key to your success. If you have a positive mindset, it will help you appreciate the customer and would always come to seek services from you.
- You are the most important factor in delivering services. You can be the best employee in your company, but if you have a bad attitude then it will reflect on your business and it will affect your customers.
