- Ownership contains hard work, determination, and money. However, hiring, training, and onboarding the wrong person into the business can lead to many losses.
- If you don’t have a clear message, then you are not going to clearly get the customer that you are looking for.
- You need to learn sales and be proficient at it. Learn how to convert and vent your leads.
- You need to be aware of the financial decisions that you are making so that you can earn a paycheck for yourself and not just provide for your employees. You should be the highest-paid employee in your business.
