Mack is a Sport and Exercise Nutritionist that has been working with Fortitude Nutrition Coaching for about 5 years. He has a Masters Degree in Sports Nutrition with published research investigating nutrition in surfers, more specifically Low Energy Availability. Mack's main objective as a nutrition professional is to help people enjoy life more by using food as a supportive tool.
Whilst typical nutrition-related goals such as fat loss can be a part of that, it always falls under an overarching umbrella of life enhancement. Because of this, lesser-discussed themes such as striving to be flexible, relaxed, competent, and confident with eating re-occur frequently. Mack has Lately been shifting more towards working with surfing athletes as he enters the next phase of his nutrition career.
