An absolute juggernaut in the natural bodybuilding space, Brandon Kempter joins us for episode 1 of the strength connect podcast.

Brandon is the founder of BK conditioning and a lifetime natural bodybuilder. He holds an MSc degree in Sports Nutrition Science and has competed himself since a teen, earning his pro card in 2016.

Since 2012 Brandon has been working in the fitness industry and in doing so has successfully coached natural athletes from amateur to pro international level.
