On this episode we sat down & talked with Doctor of Physical Therapy & Muay Thai Fighter Krystyna Mosher aka TK ! Krystyna told us about her early years growing up in Colorado ,where she first developed a passion for Martial Arts & about traveling to South Korea to learn Taekwondo & visit her family. She also went on to study Physical Therapy & described her grueling schedule of earning her Doctorate from Boston University while competing in high level Taekwondo & later Muay Thai Kickboxing. TK owns & operates her own Physical Therapy practice "TKO Physical Therapy" which primarily focuses on helping fighters & atheletes with injuries & recovery.
