On this episode we talked with Sensei Justin Hagen who is a longtime Martial Artist & owner of Kyokushin Philly Karate School. Sensei Justin spoke to us about his background in competitive Karate & also spoke on stepping into the Boxing ring where he became a Golden Gloves contender. He eventually discovered Kyokushin Karate which is a hard hitting style founded by the legendary Mas Oyama. Justin is a true proponent of the Japanese side of Martial Arts & authored  "Shodai-Soke" : 101 Quotes, Anecdotes & Precepts From The Founders Of Japanese Martial Arts" which is available wherever books are sold !
