Top firms are recruiting Advanced Degree Candidates (ADCs) - PhDs, JDs, and MDs - in full-force. One aspect of that effort is through these summer "bridge" programs.
These programs are a chance for candidates to get to know the firms' work and culture, network with consultants, and in most cases, end up with a first-round interview invite for a full-time consulting role. If you're an ADC, you don't want to miss this episode.
