For most, management theory is the product of researchers who pragmatically study organizational practices to extract principles that are deemed efficacious. Though these principles are valuable, one should ask, "is there more?" If God created the universe, what does it look like to manage an organization the way that God intended for it to be done?

This podcast offers some key management principles not found in current management theory that will facilitate excellence and success from God's perspective. Using actual case studies integrated with biblical principles, this presentation offers a glimpse of management God's way or, as some refer to it, Kingdom Management.
