February 2007 - Vision Born Out of a Disaster

A tornado devastated a town in the upper mIdwest in 1883. A 55 year old school teachers, nearing the end of her life, volunteered to be a part of the medical relief effort. The experience gave her a vision about how a hospital could bless the community. Against all odds, she turned the vision into reality and helped to build one of the greatest health care facilities that exists today. Her moving story to the power of personal calling and the capacity of a biblical worldview to achieve greatness.
