But the main danger is not the dead. These are people who lose their humanity faster than they become infected. Hooded sects who believe that zombies are "servants of God," drug addicts dancing in the smoke of burning streets, and former neighbors who are ready to betray for a can of stew. Survival here is not about heroism, but about dirty basements, rusty crowbars and the choice: to die today or tomorrow, retaining at least a drop of what was once called "conscience".
