Anti-homeless laws and Amendment 8

In Episode 20 of Straight Talk, No B.S. with Matthew’s Hope, Scott and Shelley explain how amendment 8 relates to those experiencing homelessness. They also react to a wave of recent local ordinances outlawing camping in public spaces and call them out for what they really are, homeless laws. Plus, how shelters contribute to panhandling, and how money spent to incarcerate the homeless and mentally ill could be spent much more effectively.
