Episode 16: How to find YOUR brand voice

What is a 'tone of voice'? It's the personality that we inject into our writing, to help people feel a certain way. Now, why is this important? Because when we market our businesses, we want to attract our perfect customers. And we also want to repel the ones we don't want because you can't appeal to everybody.  I know it sounds counterintuitive, but there will be people who just don't resonate with you. And if they don't know  you're not the right fit for them, they might start sending you email inquiries, come on calls with you or whatever. And that would just be a waste of both of your time, really, frankly, if they're not a good fit.

So the best way to avoid this is to create a tone of voice around your business and brand which will attract the right people.
