197. Joseph Reid — Providing Support

Joseph is an author and mental health specialist who was about to embark on a fundraising endeavor for his next book when the pandemic hit.  In spite of that challenge, he was able to pivot, and in turn provide essential mental health services during a time when many most needed it.
