Tiff Zapico - True Freedom comes from Believing in the Power of the Mind

Tiff Zapico likes her “woo woo” with a side of science (i.e. neuroplasticity). She came from a “disadvantaged circumstance and poverty” with both parents being drug addicts and despite that, Tiff worked her way up to a highly successful position in New York City. And yet… she was feeling lost and confused.

Even though she had an amazing job, a big part of her wasn't happy and wasn't sure what to do next. 

“I thought I was living my best life… but there was a part of me that wanted more… and a part of me that thought I wasn’t worthy of more.”

She realized that she had some deeply rooted beliefs that she wasn’t safe, lovable, or worthy.

That voice in her head was telling her awful stories, like:

• You don’t deserve more
• You should be happy with what you have.
• It’s good enough.
• So many would be grateful to have what you have.
• Why do you want more?

The universe was whispering subtle hints, changes and red flags to her but Tiff preferred her old known route:

IGNORE.

BURY.

MOVE ON.

However, everything came to a head and she found herself in the “perfect storm.” Her work was in conflict. Her engagement ended.  Her wedding was off. 

She was checked out of her own life and was seeking solace in food. She was eating unconsciously and had operated that way for so long because she didn't think she was worthy.

Tiff started exploring and through connections made at  Soul Camp (https://soul.camp/), she went on a retreat hosted by Jennifer Racioppi  (https://jenniferracioppi.com/) and experienced hypnosis for the first time.

She experienced a powerful group hypnosis where she not only saw her dream life partner and a baby in her arms… but she actually felt that she was truly worthy of it. She was safe. It was real.
