Kate Bevilaqua - Don't be afraid of what others think

Kate Bevilaqua is a professional Triathlete who started in the sport after being invited by a family member to try it out. Kate is also a qualified Health and Physical Education teacher which gave her great flexibility when she first started in her rise through the triathlon world. 
We talk about what have been some of Kates biggest learning in her sport and how they carry over to life. Kate gives some advice for people starting in the sport and also those looking and going professional. 
We also talk about Kate jumping into Ultra running at the end of 2020 and also aiming to run a 100km road race in January 2021.
