Tort Reform in WV

Recording from live presentation delivered by Ancil Ramey on October 29, 2015. Tort reform highlighted the most recent session of the West Virginia Legislature. The law of comparative fault, health care liability, premises liability, punitive damages, and other aspects of the State’s tort system were addressed. This presentation will discuss the impacts of this recent legislation on litigators and others following what is likely only the first round of tort reform in West Virginia.
