Step 8: Making a List, Checking it Twice. (Part 2)

Now that I have this list of all of the persons I have harmed, what’s next? Here I am, excited and looking forward to my new way of life, a life lived under the care and direction of my Spirit, and BAM! I thought the hardest steps were behind me. Steps 4 & 5, while ultimately a blessing, were the toughest ‘action’ steps so far. I had to dig deep to overcome the protests of my ego. Now, here we are again! No problem!

Once I am willing to allow my Spirit to direct me and my life, I am more powerful than any possible human adversity. Don’t forget, I am doing one step at a time! Right now, I need only to make this list, and become willing to try my best to make things right, or at least, try to clear away some of the wreckage of the past.
