This is the final episode about the gifts that accompany the steps. In this episode I will speak about steps number 8 through 12. Of course, steps 8 and 9 are the last of the action steps. Steps 10 and 11 and 12 are commonly referred to as the maintenance steps. We will be talking about those and the gifts that accompany them.
 Next week, in episode number 24, I will most likely be speaking about applying these steps in our everyday life.
