Ungrading-Yay Or Nay?

#106 Apparently there is a growing concept of taking away traditional grading systems in schools and colleges, and replacing them with ungrading. It seems that the idea is to engage the student in feedback generating self-reflection on their progress through courses. I don't know much about ungrading, but from what I do know, it doesn't seem viable. Join me in this episode as I explain my thoughts, and feel free to share yours too!
