#81 I recently got my car inspected at the same shop I usually go to for repairs, inspections and oil changes. Last year at this time I was told I needed about $800 worth of work to be done, but it wasn't necessary to pass inspection. This time around there wasn't a mention about any of it! Has this happened to you? Car shops seem to be finding ways to get every extra dollar out of our pockets, and we seem to fall for it! Why does that happen?
