24 Hour School Zones In NYC

#157  In NYC, and probably other cities, there are now 24 hour school zones. I found this out the hard way! In my travels I got a ticket going through a school zone...on a Sunday! In this episode I talk a bit about that. While I get the reasons behind school zones, a 24 hour one doesn't make sense to me. If you have come across these areas, let me know what you think!
