With a rich entrepreneurial background creating and scaling programs with a strong emphasis on innovation and growth, he has had abundant involvement across the health care value chain, working with payers, providers, and purchasers.​

He has established a track record for building and leading high performing teams, integrating technology solutions to improve performance and value, developing and launching creative products and strategies, and growing business and revenue.

Enjoyed a unique and dynamic role at the Detroit Regional Chamber leading its healthcare collaborative for employers (still a passion project) and running the Chamber's subsidiary venture, the National Commerce Group, a nationwide non-medical group purchasing organization (GPO). ​

Now taking his vision to the next level with Excelerate America, he leverages his national network of local and enterprise partners to help community businesses excel and grow in a digital economy. 

Lamphier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics and Master of Business 

Administration, Finance and Entrepreneurship, degrees from the University of Detroit.
