Mantha Mantha is the founder of Armige's booking and event management agency representing world-class talent in North and South America. Melissa attributes much of her success to various experiences she had, including being a professional dancer and her accounting background. When she suffered a back injury as a dancer, she decided she wanted to facilitate others pursuing their passions and set out to be a boutique agency offering an unparalleled experience for underground electronic music artists. Her ability to forge strong relationships worldwide allows her to build tours that include top-tier events and festivals for her clients. In this episode, Melissa talks about her company's culture, the experience of the events she is taking part in, some of her all-time great influencers, and how her journey evolved.
