James Fisher Jr's mission is to empower, educate, and inspire growth. He is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Corporate Wellness Specialist, and the author of "Trial and Error 15 Ways to Maximize your Health and Fitness Goals." He is the creator of over 40 fitness programs and wellness plans used in various hospitals, schools, youth sports teams, and senior living communities in eight different states. In this episode, James walks us through his journey, starting as a personal trainer to founding his company Mission Fit Fitness in 2013. We talk about fitness, nutrition, mindset, and much more. James describes what success looks like to him and what he values most about his career. He shares that while he doesn't wear a cape, to someone, he is a superhero.
