Jason Alacapa, MD (CEO) & Paul delos Trinos (CTO) are co-founders of metaHealth, a health technology think + do tank and trailblazer of health technology assessment (HTA) in the Philippines.

Jace is a John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health professional doctorate researcher and Obama Foundation (Asia Pacific) Leader. Paul is a Scientia PHD Scholar for health economics at the Kirby Institute, UNSW Australia. MetaHealth is the first HTA-focused consulting firm in the Philippines providing healthcare solutions to various stakeholders: government, pharmaceutical firms, private hospitals.
