The fifth of the six Return of the Jedi 40th anniversary one-shots is out today and The Rebellion #1 is a master class in blending space fantasy with noir as Mon Mothma finds out she's been targeted for assassination. What follows is a delightfully written detective story as Shara Bey and Kes Dameron, at Ackbar's behest, strive to find out who is aiming for the Rebellion leader and when. This one's a real page turner and brings readers to within three days of the Battle of Endor.

• The final cover art for Dark Droids #1 (2nd Printing) by Ken Lashley and is done in the style of a movie poster. It's due out Aug. 16.
• Dark Horse will have a B&W Mike Mignola cover for Hyperspace Stories Annual #1 as an SDCC exclusive (1,500 copies) and available via Dark Horse Direct (500 copies). It costs $25.
