Whilst Ken, the manager of the Stage Door Athletic Clubhouse, opens his own massage parlour in the spare stock room at the SDA Castle, Jack, Rob and James light some incense sticks and play some Whale song as they discuss the importance of massages in the acting and sporting industries!

Rob tells us a horror story from his time in Marrakech, James gives us details on his Thai massage from his recent trip to Thailand and Jack describes his multiple sports massages from his time in West End Shows!
