Don your lucky socks and pants, it’s performance time!

This week the boys talk about the weird and wonderful routines and superstitions that they and indeed many actors and sportsmen and women have before they head out onto stage, set, court, pitch and field!

Jack talks about sniffing curtains(!) and pre podcast record stretching regimes, whilst Rob gets edgy thinking about being late for his refereeing duties and warming chairs for his lead actor in his last theatre gig!

Rafa Nadal’s water bottle set up is discussed, as well as Laurent Blanc kissing Fabian Barthez’s head before every game of France’s World Cup winning campaign in 1998!
