Today there are over 100 acres of sunflowers -- and yes you can go take photos there. They work with local sources to get their seeds and maintain a very homegrown feel.Valerie talks about her biggest challenge being — time— and taking on the new opportunities. Her days start early every day.In this episode we talk about work ethic and how she learned in her childhood to what she pushes everyday.
