Caterina Del Falco has been a CFP in private practice for 27 years but has been passionate about food and France for over 30. She always wanted to do something around food. 10 years ago her life got out of balance because of work and kids and cooking. Life was a struggle. The one thing that kept everything together was eating good food daily during family dinners. It quickly became her top priority each day and she developed a system to simplify the process... Stock It! Prep It! Roll It! and Toss It!. For the last 10 years, she has helped friends manage dinner time and learn the art of eating. Watching so many families struggle with what's for dinner, picky eaters, and food in general she was inspired to write a book and is now on a mission to help families connect and even heal by sharing good food together.
